Early version. This page was prepared for the Reconcivo beta and has not yet had a full legal review. It may change; we will tell you about material changes.
Privacy Policy
1. Who this covers
This policy explains what information Reconcivo (run by NoblePath Digital LLC, Massachusetts) handles, how we use it, who else handles it, and your choices. It covers the Reconcivo web service at reconcivo.noblepathdigit.com, including the estimate, change order and invoice pages that a business using Reconcivo sends to its customers. A separate iPhone/Mac app has its own notice inside that app.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in protected (hashed) form by our sign-in provider.
- Business information you add: your company details; your customers' names, addresses, emails and phone numbers; estimates, invoices, jobs, work orders, photos, messages, notes; and bank, card and receipt files you import and the transactions read from them. This may include financial information about your business.
- Subscription information: your plan, billing status and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and we never see or store them.
- Customer approvals and views: when a customer opens or approves a document, we record that it was opened, and for an approval the typed name, the date and time, the version of the document and of the electronic-signature disclosure they saw, a scrambled (hashed) form of their network address, and their browser type. We keep these records for the business that sent the document.
- Security and usage information: sign-in and verification events, an audit log of changes inside your company, and technical data such as IP address and browser type that servers and security tools receive when you connect.
3. How the information reaches us
- From you: what you type, upload or import.
- Automatically: technical and usage data when you or your customers connect.
- From connected services: information from Stripe about payments, and from Google Calendar if you choose to connect it.
- If you decline to give information we need to run a feature (for example, an email address to sign in), that feature may not work.
4. How we use it
- To provide and secure the service, including emailing sign-in codes, invitations, and the estimates and invoices you ask us to send.
- To keep proof of customer approvals and consent for the business that sent the document.
- To take payment for your subscription and keep your account in good standing.
- To prevent abuse and bots (for example the "I'm human" check at sign-up and sign-in).
- To answer support requests and to improve the service.
- We do not sell your information. We do not show advertising. We do not use your business data or your customers' data to train AI models. "Ask Reconcivo" works from your records on our servers and does not send them to an outside AI service.
5. Who else handles it (service providers)
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, file storage and server functions for the service |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and the Turnstile "I'm human" check |
| Stripe | Subscription payments and the billing page where you change your card or cancel, and card or bank payments a customer makes to your company |
| Resend | Sending email (sign-in codes, invitations, estimates and invoices) |
| OpenStreetMap | Map tiles and address lookup for the job map. Addresses you search and your device's IP address are sent to OpenStreetMap services. |
| Calendar sync, only if you connect your Google Calendar |
These providers handle information only to provide their service to us. Files you import, such as an estimate PDF, are read in your browser and are not kept unless you save the result. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or in a sale or reorganization of our business (with notice to you).
6. Your company's data and your customers
Your company controls what it puts in Reconcivo, including information about its own customers. We handle that information on your company's behalf to run the service. Your company is responsible for having the right to enter that information and for answering requests from its own customers.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Reconcivo and you want to see, correct or delete your information, or ask for paper copies, or withdraw your consent to electronic signing, contact that business. If you contact us, we will refer you to it and will help it respond.
7. Security
Each company's data is separated from other companies' data. Connections are encrypted, and our providers encrypt stored data. Access inside a company follows the permissions its administrator sets, and we ask users to confirm by emailed code after about 7 days of not using the app. No online service is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States by the providers above.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your company's data while your account is active, and for 30 days after a subscription ends so you can export it. Approval and consent records are part of that data and are kept with the document until the company deletes it or its data is deleted. You can ask us to delete your company's data at any time (see Terms of Service, section 11). We may keep limited billing, tax and security records as required by law or for legitimate business needs. Backups expire on a rolling schedule.
10. Your choices and rights
You can see and correct your account information in the app, export your company's data, and ask us to delete your account or company data. Email support@noblepathdigit.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we aim to answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.
11. Cookies and local storage
Reconcivo does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app stores your sign-in session and some settings in your browser's local storage so it works. The pages we send to your customers do not use cookies or tracking scripts. Cloudflare Turnstile may use limited browser signals to tell people from bots at sign-up and sign-in.
12. Children
Reconcivo is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. The version and date are at the top of this page.
